Through first hand experience as a user, we have learned that with EMR implementation:
- One size does not fit all and therefore customization has to be easy, fast and affordable.
- Providers want an EMR that is very simple to use and implement.
- An EMR should actually create significant practice efficiencies, not just say it does.
- The company that designs and supports the EMR should have a real understanding and experience with clinical and back office practice workflow.
- The system should be very affordable with no hidden costs.
We could not find any of these attributes in other EMR software so we decided to build our own.
